Bally Names Nathalie Sisouk as Chief Digital Officer

Bally, the renowned Swiss luxury brand, has recently named Nathalie Sisouk as their Chief Digital Officer, a position that has been specially created for her. Sisouk will take charge of implementing Bally’s digital strategy across various sectors, including information technology (IT), customer relationship management (CRM), e-commerce, performance marketing, and data reporting. As an integral member of the brand’s executive committee, she will play a crucial role in speeding up Bally’s digital makeover, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience, introducing innovative service-based solutions, and leveraging technology platforms.

Drawing on more than two decades of experience in digital transformation, Sisouk brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She previously served as the Head of Digital Strategy at L’Oréal Paris and has held senior digital positions at esteemed lifestyle and retail companies such as LVMH, Smartbox, PTC, Decathlon, and Groupe PSA.

Bally’s CEO, Nicolas Girotto, has emphasized the significance of accelerating the brand’s digital transformation for future growth. In the past two years, Bally has made substantial progress in digital initiatives, including the creation of virtual showrooms, digital presentations, engaging with audiences through live-streaming, utilizing social media for storytelling, and launching a dedicated clientelling app. However, recognizing the pivotal role of digital commerce in sales and customer engagement, the appointment of Sisouk as a digital expert will further integrate digital functions throughout the company and drive Bally’s ambitious digital agenda.

Girotto has applauded Sisouk’s remarkable technology background, which complements the existing expertise of the executive committee. Her digital-first mindset and impressive track record will provide valuable insights as Bally explores emerging digital market opportunities.

With the appointment of Sisouk, Bally is demonstrating its commitment to staying ahead in digital innovation within the luxury industry. The brand acknowledges the need to adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape and harness technology to elevate the overall customer experience. As Bally continues its journey towards digital transformation, Sisouk’s leadership will play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s success in the digital realm.
