Vivienne Westwood to Receive Swarovski Award for Positive Change

Renowned British designer Vivienne Westwood is set to receive the prestigious Swarovski Award for Positive Change at this year’s Fashion Awards. For more than two decades, Vivienne Westwood has used her platform to shed light on important environmental and human rights issues. As an ambassador for Greenpeace, she actively supports the UN’s International Trade Centre by creating bags through their Ethical Fashion Initiative. Additionally, her work with Cool Earth showcases her unwavering commitment to preserving the rainforest and fighting against climate change.

Last September, Westwood collaborated with the British Fashion Council and the Mayor of London to launch the Switch to Green campaign, which aims to establish new sustainability standards within the fashion world.
