Valentino Appoints Daniel Paltridge as CEO Americas

Valentino, the acclaimed Italian fashion house, has recently made an important addition to its leadership team. Daniel Paltridge has been appointed as the new CEO Americas, effective from December 1st. He will report directly to Laurent Bergamo, the CCO Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Brazil. Paltridge’s primary responsibility will be to drive the strategy and expansion of the Americas’ market, covering both retail and wholesale sales channels.

Valentino has highlighted the collaborative nature of Paltridge’s role, stating that he will closely cooperate with the headquarters in Rome to oversee the brand’s journey in the Americas. In order to achieve this, Paltridge will focus on implementing a client and colleague-centric strategy. The emphasis will be on mastering the client journey, utilizing couture clienteling techniques, and embracing digital transformation. The luxury fashion house expressed confidence in Paltridge’s ability to continue growing the brand in the Americas.

Prior to joining Valentino, Paltridge amassed extensive experience in the luxury industry. He served as the president for the Americas at Bulgari for seven years. His career began as a merchandiser at Marks & Spencer and later included various roles at LVMH over a span of 19 years. Notably, Paltridge held positions at Louis Vuitton in both Europe and the Americas.

In his new role as CEO Americas, Paltridge will act as an ambassador for the Valentino brand, fostering a sense of belonging and passion within the company. He will focus on retail engagement and client centricity, ensuring that customers have a highly personalized and exceptional experience with the brand.

Valentino’s strategic appointment of Paltridge reflects its commitment to strengthening its presence in the Americas. By leveraging Paltridge’s expertise and leadership, the fashion house aims to further expand and solidify its market position in the region. With his extensive luxury industry experience and successful track record, Paltridge is expected to make significant contributions to Valentino’s growth and success in the Americas.
