Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has announced the appointment of Sylvain Montcouquiol as the Chief Resources and Sustainability Officer (CRSO) and member of the Management Board, effective from January 1st, 2022. Montcouquiol currently serves as the Executive Managing Director of Human Resources at URW and will be taking over from Astrid Panosyan, who is stepping down from the role due to personal family reasons.
Despite stepping down as CRSO, Panosyan will continue to contribute to URW as a Senior Advisor on corporate social responsibility (CSR) matters.
