1. Introduction

ULTIMZ is committed to conducting its business with integrity, transparency, and the highest ethical standards. This Whistleblower Policy aims to encourage and provide a framework for employees, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders to report concerns or suspicions of misconduct, including instances of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, or any other unethical practices, without fear of retaliation or reprisal.

2. Scope

This Whistleblower Policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholders of ULTIMZ who may have concerns or suspicions about any form of misconduct related to our business operations and supply chains.

3. Reporting Misconduct

a. If you have any concerns or suspicions about potential misconduct, you are encouraged to report them as soon as possible. You may report your concerns or suspicions to your supervisor or manager, to the Human Resources department, or to a designated Whistleblower Officer within the company.

b. If you feel uncomfortable reporting your concerns to any of the individuals mentioned above, you may submit an anonymous report through our secure and confidential whistleblowing hotline or online reporting platform.

c. All reports should include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the misconduct, the parties involved, the location and date of the incident(s), and any evidence or documentation that may support your allegations.

4. Confidentiality and Anonymity

a. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all whistleblowers and will make every effort to protect your identity. Information provided in a report will only be shared with those individuals who need to know in order to investigate and address the issue.

b. If you choose to report anonymously, we will respect your decision and will not attempt to identify you unless required by law. However, please note that anonymous reports may be more difficult to investigate and may limit our ability to take appropriate action.

5. Protection from Retaliation

a. ULTIMZ strictly prohibits any form of retaliation or reprisal against individuals who report concerns or suspicions of misconduct in good faith. This includes, but is not limited to, threats, harassment, discrimination, or any other adverse action taken against a whistleblower because of their report.

b. If you believe that you have been subjected to retaliation as a result of making a report, you should immediately inform the Whistleblower Officer or another appropriate individual within the company. Any allegations of retaliation will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken to protect the whistleblower and to address any misconduct.

6. Investigation and Resolution

a. All reports of misconduct will be treated seriously and will be investigated promptly, fairly, and impartially. The scope and nature of the investigation will depend on the allegations and the evidence available.

b. Upon completion of the investigation, appropriate action will be taken to address any identified misconduct, which may include disciplinary action, termination of contracts or agreements, or reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

c. Whistleblowers who have provided their contact information will be informed of the outcome of the investigation, subject to confidentiality and legal restrictions.

7. Review and Update
