Tommy Hilfiger Collaborates with Richard Quinn

Tommy Hilfiger has announced its highly anticipated collaboration with London-based designer Richard Quinn. Combining Hilfiger’s expertise in casualwear with Quinn’s passion for print and pattern, this collaboration is a match made in fashion heaven. The partnership has been a long time coming, as Hilfiger has been eager to work with Quinn ever since he won the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Award back in 2018.

The collection itself is a 40-piece capsule collection that showcases Quinn’s iconic daisy motif alongside Hilfiger’s classic TH Monogram, florals, and tartans. It spans a wide range of items, including varsity jackets, five-pocket jeans, biker jackets, puffers, chinos, holdalls, backpacks, boots, scarves, and much more. Drawing inspiration from various cultural references, such as Brit-punk and all-American cheerleader aesthetics, the collection is a true fusion of styles.

One unique aspect of this collaboration is its inclusivity. Not only does it offer options for adults, but it also includes six mini-me pieces designed for kids. These mini-me pieces mirror the adult collection and include denim and leather jackets, tops, and leggings, ensuring that fashion-forward families can match their style.

Both Tommy Hilfiger and Richard Quinn benefit greatly from this collaboration. Quinn’s edgy and relevant style brings a fresh and unconventional perspective to the Hilfiger brand, much like he did with his successful collaboration with Moncler. On the other hand, Hilfiger provides Quinn with a massive platform and exposure to a wider audience. Since graduating from Central Saint Martins in 2016, Quinn has made a significant impact in the fashion industry, and Hilfiger praised his ability to push boundaries.

The collection officially launched on Thursday and is now available in select Tommy Hilfiger stores, the brand’s webstore, as well as high-end multibrand and department stores worldwide. To promote the collection, a captivating campaign was shot by the talented Adrienne Raquel.

This collaboration truly showcases the merging of two distinct aesthetics, resulting in a rebellious take on modern prep. With Tommy Hilfiger’s expertise in casualwear and Richard Quinn’s love for print and pattern, this collection is guaranteed to captivate the attention of fashion enthusiasts worldwide.
