StockX appoints Deena Bahri as Chief Marketing Officer

StockX, the popular online marketplace renowned for its commitment to authenticity and focus on streetwear, has recently announced the appointment of Deena Bahri as its inaugural chief marketing officer. In her new role, Bahri, who boasts a wealth of experience in executive positions in leading consumer sectors including Birchbox, Gilt Groupe, Reebok International, and Juicero, will be responsible for overseeing StockX’s brand, marketing, content, and design teams.

Founded in 2016 by Josh Luber, Greg Schwartz, and Dan Gilbert, StockX has rapidly ascended in the start-up realm, attaining a valuation exceeding $1 billion in June. Leveraging its substantial funding, the platform has expanded globally to the U.K. and Europe, established several authentication centers worldwide, and initiated plans for its first permanent retail location in New York City.

Bahri, in a statement expressing her enthusiasm for joining StockX, highlighted the platform’s exponential growth and far-reaching impact.
