Spanish Jewelry Brand PdPaola Expands Internationally

Spanish jewelry brand PdPaola is making strides in its international expansion efforts with two major developments. Firstly, the brand is set to open its first shop in London in February, located at number 18 Floral Street. Known as a popular shopping destination for mid- to high-end fashion brands, this new location will provide PdPaola with an opportunity to showcase its iconic pieces, including the latest products and exclusive collections. The shop’s interior design and size have not been disclosed, but it is expected to reflect the brand’s effortlessly sophisticated aesthetic.

PdPaola’s expansion efforts have not been limited to offline channels. The brand has also secured a distribution agreement with Zales, a renowned high-end jewelry retailer in the United States. This strategic partnership will allow PdPaola to extend its presence in the American market, expanding beyond its current reach of approximately fifty points-of-sale across the country.

Founded in 2014 by Humbert and Paola Sasplugas, PdPaola has rapidly grown into a global brand. With over 2,000 points-of-sale in the multi-brand channel and operations in 10 different markets, the company has established itself as a key player in the jewelry industry. It currently boasts a team of one hundred employees and achieved a turnover of around 30 million euros in 2021. The brand’s projected revenue for 2022 is expected to reach approximately 52 million euros, pending confirmation at the end of the financial year.

By expanding into the London market and partnering with Zales, PdPaola is clearly dedicated to solidifying its position on the international stage. The brand’s effortlessly sophisticated aesthetic and diverse range of high-quality jewelry offerings are well-positioned to drive further growth and success in the global jewelry market.
