SFC Fashion X Stockholm, organized by the Swedish Fashion Council (SFC), has unveiled its line-up for the upcoming edition, set to be held from November 7-11, 2023. This highly-anticipated five-day event aims to showcase brands that are at the forefront of transforming the fashion industry with their disruptive vision. Serving as a platform for innovation, it allows these brands to push boundaries, experiment with new ideas, and revolutionize their business models.

One of the highlights of the event will be the participation of SFC Incubator brands such as All-In, Avavav, Feben, Hodakova, Louis Abel, Petra Fagerström, Rave Review, and Tuttolente. These brands will host a range of exciting experiences throughout the week, including fashion showcases, presentations, exhibitions, screenings, performances, and more. Attendees can expect to be immersed in a world of creativity and cutting-edge fashion.

Aside from the brand experiences, SFC Fashion X Stockholm will also feature a compelling round table discussion with industry experts and representatives from renowned organizations including the United Nations Alliance for Sustainable Fashion, McKinsey, Eriksson, and Polestar. The focus of this discussion will revolve around the topic of transformation in the fashion industry, providing valuable insights and engaging dialogue.

The event will offer several experiences that are open to the public, allowing fashion enthusiasts to be a part of the excitement. SFC Fashion X Talks and After Party, co-hosted by Dazed at Värmeverket, will provide an opportunity for attendees to gain knowledge and engage in stimulating conversations. The SFC Repair Studio, in collaboration with Swedish design and repair studio Main Nué and hosted at Polestar, will offer a space for attendees to explore sustainable fashion practices. Furthermore, the SFC Gift Shop, hosted at the contemporary store Ettresex, will give visitors the chance to purchase exclusive items from the SFC Incubator.

This year’s event coincides with the release of the second edition of SFC’s Fashion Transformation Report. This report will provide up-to-date data and valuable insights into the Swedish fashion industry, further highlighting the importance of SFC Fashion X Stockholm in driving change and innovation.

Jennie Rosén, CEO of the Swedish Fashion Council, emphasized the council’s vision for SFC Fashion X Stockholm, stating, “Our goal with this event is to explore new and innovative ways of experiencing fashion that go beyond the traditional fashion week model. Since 2018, the Swedish Fashion Council has shifted its focus from hosting Stockholm Fashion Week to actively addressing the changes and challenges facing the fashion industry.
