Sarah Mower to Receive Special Recognition Award at The British Fashion Council’s Fashion Awards

Sarah Mower, an esteemed fashion journalist, critic, and advocate for young designers, will be receiving a prestigious Special Recognition Award at The British Fashion Council’s (BFC) Fashion Awards.
