Sacai’s Multi-Collaboration Pop-Up Store in Paris

Sacai, the esteemed Japanese fashion powerhouse, is poised to make a splash in Paris with its upcoming one-month multi-collaboration pop-up store. Spanning 200 square meters, this innovative space will be located at Le Molière, 40 Rue de Richelieu, a venue that has previously housed Sacai’s collections. Renowned designer Chitose Abe, in partnership with her longtime friend Sarah Andelman, the co-founder of the legendary Colette concept store, has handpicked a selection of brands to feature in this exclusive popup.

Among the collaborators are familiar faces like jewelry designer Charlotte Chesnais, ceramics atelier Astier de Villatte, and athletic powerhouse Nike. However, new partners like A.P.C., Petit Bateau, and Hervé Chapelier are also onboard, contributing their unique styles to this creative endeavor. The result is a collection of limited-edition pieces that will only be available at the pop-up store. Noteworthy is Sacai’s groundbreaking collaboration with Nike on apparel, marking a new chapter in their partnership beyond the realm of footwear.

Dubbed “Bonjour Sacai,” the pop-up promises a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for fashion devotees. In addition to the collaborative pieces, visitors can explore Sacai’s Spring 2019 men’s and womenswear collections, a reissue of the cherished Sacai Luck lingerie line, and furniture from the artists collective Gelshop. Adding to the allure is the presence of Parisian coffee haven Honor Café, which will be serving up caffeinated delights from an on-site bar starting on 25 February, just in time for Paris Fashion Week.

This pop-up is a part of the broader “Hello Sacai” initiative, which envisions similar pop-ups in key cities across Europe, Asia, and the US throughout the year. Each event will capture the essence of the host city, ensuring a unique and immersive experience for attendees. Furthermore, Sacai will be launching an online boutique to coincide with this global tour, enabling fashion enthusiasts worldwide to access Sacai’s signature creations.
