Ralph Lauren Opens Pop-Up Café, Ralph’s Coffee, in Paris

In celebration of Paris Fashion Week, luxury fashion brand Ralph Lauren has opened a pop-up café called Ralph’s Coffee. Building on the success of its previous openings in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and New York during American Fashion Week, Ralph’s Coffee can now be found inside the brand’s Madison Avenue boutique. During the event, customers had the opportunity to purchase pieces from the 2019 Ralph Lauren ready-to-wear collection. The brand also utilized social media to its advantage by featuring the coffee shop as a central element in its storytelling, filming fashion show attendees and models such as Taylor Hill, Bella Hadid, and Anja Rubik enjoying a cup of coffee.

Since February 22nd, leading up to Paris Fashion Week, Ralph Lauren has brought this experience to the heart of the French capital. Ralph’s Coffee is located on the ground floor of the brand’s flagship store on Boulevard Saint Germain, boasting a bistro-style atmosphere dominated by white and green. The café offers classic American pastries like cookies, brownies, muffins, and layered cakes, all accompanied by a selection of hot chocolates and organic coffees including espresso and flat white. Beverages are served in exclusive Ralph Lauren Home-branded cups.

Throughout the café’s operation, various events and gatherings will take place, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.

It is worth noting that Ralph Lauren’s Paris boutique already features its own permanent bar-restaurant, a 48-seat space dedicated to American gastronomy, which opened in 2010. The brand’s goal is to introduce customers to recipes and iconic products from the US, starting with carefully selected beef cuts sourced directly from Ralph Lauren’s personal ranch, the Double RL Ranch, located in Colorado. Ralph Lauren also has dining establishments in London, Chicago, and New York.

Following Dior’s tea time and the upcoming pastry shop from Prada in London, it seems that the fashion world is currently embracing sweet indulgences.

Visit the Ralph’s Coffee pop-up at 173 Boulevard Saint Germain, 75006 Paris, from February 22nd to March 5th, 2019.
