Prada Welcomes Malika Savell as Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for North America

Prada, the renowned Italian luxury fashion brand, has recently welcomed Malika Savell onboard as their chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer for their North American division. Having previously worked at LVMH, Savell will now be reporting to Marcelo Noschese, the CEO of Prada USA. Her role goes beyond North America, as she will be overseeing diversity and inclusion efforts for the entire Prada group.

In her new position, Savell’s main objective is to develop policies, strategies, and initiatives that promote diversity and ensure that the organization represents a wide range of cultures and viewpoints at all levels.
