Perfect Corp Unveils AR Ring and Bracelet Virtual Try-On Tools

Perfect Corp has unveiled its latest beauty tech solutions: the AR Ring Virtual Try-On and AR Bracelet Virtual Try-On tools, aimed at enhancing the online shopping experience for fine jewelry brands by offering personalized and engaging features.

The AR Bracelet Virtual Try-On tool enables the creation of highly detailed digital versions of physical bracelets, complete with an automatic wrist-size detection feature. This allows customers to virtually try on different bracelets and see how they would look on their own wrist.

Meanwhile, the AR Ring Virtual Try-On solution offers virtual engagement ring try-on capabilities, allowing fine jewelry brands to reimagine the luxury jewelry shopping experience. By virtually trying on engagement rings, customers can get a realistic idea of how the ring will look on their hand, enabling more informed choices.

These new tools build upon Perfect Corp’s previous introduction of AgileHand technology, which provides high-performance hand tracking for a hyper-realistic virtual try-on experience. The company also recently launched the AR Watch Virtual Try-On tool, providing a smooth 3D try-on experience for timepieces.

To enhance the realism of the virtual try-on experience, Perfect Corp utilizes Physically Based Rendering (PBR), a technology that replicates real-world light behavior. This ensures that the virtual jewelry looks as close to the real thing as possible.

Alice Chang, CEO and founder of Perfect Corp, highlighted the significance of personalized shopping experiences in the luxury and fashion retail industry. She believes that the AgileHand Technology and AR virtual try-on capabilities will enhance the omnichannel shopping journey and engage customers in the luxury market. As luxury retail brands embrace the Metaverse and immersive digital experiences, AR virtual try-on technology will become essential in engaging consumers in 2022 and beyond.

Since its establishment in 2015, Perfect Corp has gained global recognition with over 950 million downloads of its immersive collection of YouCam apps. These apps, such as YouCam Makeup and YouCam Perfect, allow individuals to conveniently virtually try on products, looks, and styles from their smart devices.

The launch of Perfect Corp’s AR Ring Virtual Try-On and AR Bracelet Virtual Try-On tools provide fine jewelry brands with an innovative way to personalize the online shopping journey. By allowing customers to virtually try on rings and bracelets, these technologies aim to enhance the overall shopping experience and increase consumer purchasing confidence. As the luxury market evolves and embraces digital experiences, AR virtual try-on technology will play an increasingly crucial role in engaging customers and fostering brand loyalty.
