A tango troupe, a musical genre cherished by Lagerfeld, will take the stage, and renowned Chinese pianist Lang Lang, violinist Charlie Siem, and street dancers will also perform. Readings from Lagerfeld’s favorite books will be shared, and Pharrell Williams, who collaborated with Lagerfeld on his final project with Chanel, will give a special singing performance.
Among the lucky 2,000 attendees, notable names such as Tilda Swinton, Helen Mirren, and Cara Delevingne have been announced as attendees. However, it remains uncertain whether the entire tribute will be livestreamed or broadcasted at a later date.
