Paris Fashion Calendar 2023: A Showcase of Trends and Designs

The fashion calendar in Paris for the beginning of 2023 is packed with a multitude of events and shows that will offer a glimpse into the latest trends and designs in the industry. The Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion has released a provisional calendar of 48 shows and 33 presentations, featuring a total of 81 registered brands. During this time, fashion labels will unveil their women’s ready-to-wear collections for the autumn-winter 2023/24 season. Apart from the Fashion Weeks, there are also several trade shows that are worth attending. One of them is the Who’s Next fashion show, taking place from January 21 to January 23, 2023, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. This show focuses on ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories, attracting approximately 1,500 labels from 100 countries. This year, Who’s Next will also partner with Impact for responsible fashion and Bijorhca for costume jewelry.

Tranoï is another notable trade show known for showcasing creators and designers with original stylistic proposals. The men’s edition of Tranoï will be held from January 19 to January 22, 2023, at Garage Amelot in the 11th arrondissement of Paris and will feature 70 exhibitors from various countries, displaying their collections in a former Renault garage.

During Men’s Fashion Week, Welcome Edition, an English showroom dedicated to high-end and premium men’s ready-to-wear, will also take place. It will exhibit brands such as Barbour, Noyoco, Sandqvist, and Nanga from January 19 to January 22, 2023, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.

Man/Woman is an independent trade show that brings together contemporary labels and will be held from January 20 to January 22, 2023, at Pavillon Vendôme in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. It offers a curated selection of “human-sized” brands in the form of showrooms and will also take place in New York from January 24 to 26.

Texworld Evolution, a fabric fair focusing on sourcing textiles for clothing and accessories, will take place from February 6 to February 8, 2023, at Le Bourget Exhibition Centre. It will feature 450 exhibitors from 15 countries, including Chinese companies and Indian embroiderers and weavers.

Première Vision Paris is an international meeting place for textile professionals. The February edition will bring together more than 1,200 exhibitors from 44 countries, showcasing various sourcing areas. The show will take place from February 7 to February 9, 2023, at Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre.

During Women’s Fashion Week, the women’s edition of Tranoï will be held from March 2 to March 5, 2023, at Palais Brongniart. It will feature over 200 emerging designers and international brands with a contemporary style.

Première Classe, an event dedicated to fashion accessories, will be held from March 3 to March 6, 2023, in the Jardin des Tuileries. It will showcase selected brands offering original accessories such as jewelry, shoes, textile accessories, and leather goods.

Made in France Première Vision, organized by Première Vision, will take place from March 29 to March 30, 2023, at Carreau du Temple. It will showcase a wide selection of locally made products, focusing on the challenges of the industry 4.0 and highlighting innovative and intelligent textiles.
