Outlet Shopping at The O2 in London has enjoyed ongoing success in October, with positive results reflecting the continued growth of the venue at Greenwich Peninsula. The introduction of a larger Calvin Klein store, combined with a busy week during half term, resulted in an impressive 87% increase in footfall last month. This surge in visitors led to a 19% boost in sales compared to October 2022, contributing to a year-to-date sales increase of 51%.

The success of Calvin Klein is not the only contributing factor to Outlet Shopping at The O2’s growth. The introduction of new stores like Carvela, French Connection, Tommy Hilfiger, and Lids, along with their expansion, has played a significant role in the overall success of the center. Throughout the half term week from October 21st to 29th, sales across the center experienced a 19% increase compared to the same period in 2022.

The location of the outlet center in close proximity to one of the UK’s major event venues has undoubtedly contributed to its success. The launch of Madonna’s world tour at the adjacent arena, as well as a double performance day by S Club, attracted even more visitors to the center. Consequently, the total footfall across the entire scheme witnessed a 22% increase compared to October 2022, with a year-to-date sales growth of 43%. This further highlights the appeal of the premium tenant mix, attracting both local and international visitors.

Outlet Shopping at The O2 has emerged as a favored destination for shoppers seeking discounted luxury and designer goods. Due to its diverse range of stores and its convenient location next to a major entertainment venue, it provides a unique shopping experience.
