What is ULTIMZ?

At ULTIMZ, we have curated a prestigious online marketplace where users can explore, buy, and sell a meticulously selected collection of luxury items. We serve as a platform for these transactions, connecting buyers and sellers from around the world. It’s essential to note that ULTIMZ does not directly buy or sell items showcased on our platform, nor do we take part in any transaction between users.

To enhance your shopping experience, we offer an optional Buyer Protection service for a fee when using the “Buy now” button. This service provides added security, a defined refund policy under specific conditions, comprehensive customer support, and secure payment processing through our integrated payment system.

Who Can Use Our Website?

To use the ULTIMZ platform, you must not be considered a professional seller. Additionally, if you are under 18 years old, your parent or guardian (an adult) must register your account and oversee your usage of the site.

What Items Can Be Sold on ULTIMZ?

We are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all our users. Consequently, when listing an item, it’s crucial to ensure that you have the legal right to trade that item and that you adhere to our Catalogue rules. These rules outline what can and cannot be sold on our site. Here are some examples:

You Can Sell on ULTIMZ:

  1. Women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, footwear, and accessories.
  2. Children’s toys, furniture, and childcare equipment.
  3. New cosmetics, beauty products, beauty devices, and gadgets.
  4. Tech accessories such as headphones, smartwatches, and phone cases.
  5. Homeware, including textiles, tableware, and home accessories.
  6. Entertainment items such as video games, consoles, books, and more.
  7. Pet care items, including clothing, accessories, bedding, travel gear, and toys.
  8. Luxury Arts, including sculptures, paintings, and photography.
  9. Iconic Bags from renowned designers and limited-edition pieces.
  10. Luxury Cars, from classic to the latest sports and high-end vehicles.
  11. Premium Cigars for aficionados.

You Cannot Sell on ULTIMZ:

  1. Items prohibited or restricted by law (e.g., counterfeit items, stolen goods, firearms).
  2. Items that do not meet hygiene standards or pose health and safety risks.
  3. Medicinal products, food, and tobacco products.
  4. Items that do not align with the ULTIMZ vision.
  5. Items typically sold in bulk or as low-value dropshipping items.
  6. A significant number of brand new items, including those with tags.
  7. Items with notes such as “can be ordered,” “sold,” or “currently out of stock.”

At ULTIMZ, we aim to provide a premium marketplace where you can discover and trade in the finest luxury items across a wide spectrum of categories.

How to Sell an Item on ULTIMZ

Listing items for sale on ULTIMZ is free of charge. However, sellers must adhere to all Catalogue Rules when listing an item. This process involves completing a questionnaire, selecting the most relevant category for the item, and uploading at least one high-quality photo of the item. It is essential that the description and photographs accurately represent the item’s quality, appearance, and any existing faults, defects, or alterations.

How Items Are Ranked on ULTIMZ

Listings on ULTIMZ’s landing page and search results are sorted by default based on “relevance.” The criteria for sorting include:

  • Relevance to the search query.
  • User preferences, such as categories and sizes.
  • Historical data on a user’s browsing habits.
  • The date when the item was uploaded.

Users have the option to sort listings by price or date within the Catalogue, while still considering their account preferences for classification.

Sellers can enhance the visibility of their items through paid services, affecting their placement in users’ feeds. These services include:

  • Bumping Listed Items: This feature promotes specific items to gain better visibility in item feeds and users’ Catalogue search results.
  • Wardrobe Spotlight: Sellers can elevate their wardrobes, placing them in a distinct section of other users’ newsfeeds and Catalogue search results based on user preferences, Catalogue filters, and favorited items.

How Buyers Can Pay for an Item

Buyers on ULTIMZ can make payments using credit cards, debit cards, or any other available payment method on the platform.

Is ULTIMZ’s Service Free?

For Sellers: Listing items for sale on ULTIMZ is entirely free. However, additional seller services, such as Bumping Listed Items and Wardrobe Spotlight, are offered for a fee.

For Buyers: ULTIMZ offers Buyer Protection for a fee when using the “Buy now” button. The fee consists of a fixed amount and a variable amount based on the item’s price, including applicable taxes. We strongly recommend completing transactions using the “Buy now” button to benefit from the services included in Buyer Protection. Transactions made outside the platform are at your own risk, and ULTIMZ will not provide Buyer Protection services for such transactions.

Disputes Between Users and ULTIMZ

In the event of a dispute between a user and ULTIMZ, we encourage users to first reach out to ULTIMZ to seek an amicable resolution. Users can:

  • Submit a written complaint to ULTIMZ’s customer support using the contact form.
  • Explore alternative dispute resolution methods, such as consumer mediation, which ULTIMZ will consider if suggested by the user.

Feedback on ULTIMZ

Buyers and sellers can leave feedback on each other and assign star ratings after completing a transaction. Feedback is associated with the specific transaction and cannot be left for a user with whom no transaction has occurred.

Users can leave feedback by finding the “Leave feedback” button in the conversation thread once an order is completed. They can then choose a star rating, add a review or comment, and submit it within four days of completing the order. Users also have the option to edit or remove their feedback.

Feedback on ULTIMZ is stored chronologically, displaying the author’s username, review, star rating, and posting date. Feedback is managed in accordance with our Privacy policy. If a user who left feedback subsequently deletes their account or remains inactive for at least five years, their username will not be visible, and a note will indicate that the content is from an inactive user. Other information will remain in compliance with our Privacy policy, unless reported as inappropriate or abusive, leading ULTIMZ to take necessary actions.

Users can reply to feedback they receive by clicking a corresponding button located below the review. ULTIMZ does not provide compensation in exchange for online reviews.

Calculating the Average Star Rating

A user’s average star rating is based on the average number of stars they have received from other users or from ULTIMZ. Each feedback is counted, so multiple feedbacks from the same user are all considered. ULTIMZ rounds the average rating as follows:

  • If the average rating is X.75 or higher, it is rounded up to the nearest whole number (X + 1).
  • If the average rating falls between X.25 and X.75, it is rounded to the nearest half-star (X.5).
  • If the average rating is below X.25, it is rounded down to the nearest whole number (X).

Does ULTIMZ Review Feedback?

ULTIMZ does not proactively review feedback left by users. Users rely on each other to provide feedback, and ULTIMZ does not review feedback before it is published.

Challenging Feedback

If a user disagrees with feedback they have received, they can:

  • Contact the other user to understand the issue and request a feedback edit.
  • Leave a comment under the feedback to provide their perspective.

Inappropriate Reviews

Feedback must align with ULTIMZ’s Terms & Conditions and Community Standards. Inappropriate or abusive feedback should be reported to ULTIMZ through the platform or by contacting us directly. ULTIMZ’s customer support team will address issues where feedback does not comply with our Community Standards. Inappropriate reviews may result in the blocking of the author’s account, following our Terms & Conditions.

ULTIMZ Automatic Feedback

ULTIMZ may automatically leave positive or negative feedback in specific cases. Positive feedback to the seller (a five-star rating only, without a comment) occurs when a transaction is completed, and the buyer does not leave feedback within four days. Negative feedback (a one-star rating only, without a comment) is automatically left when a user manually cancels an order. This feedback applies to both buyers and sellers, depending on who cancels the transaction.

ULTIMZ does not remove automatic feedback. Users can discuss the situation with their buyer or seller if automatic feedback has been left and mutually agree to edit or remove it.

ULTIMZ serves as an online marketplace facilitating transactions between private individuals. For transactions between private individuals, the applicable legal regulations do not mandate the provision of a right to reject by private sellers. Nevertheless, some private sellers may choose to offer return or exchange options voluntarily.

Relevant legal provisions that apply to transactions between private individuals are outlined as follows:

  • Provisions from the Sale of Goods Act 1979 regarding the sale of goods.
  • Certain sections or subsections of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 do not apply to contracts covered by Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These provisions encompass essential aspects such as contract formation, title, quality, and the description of goods.

It is crucial to remember that ULTIMZ strives to provide a secure and transparent platform for buyers and sellers, and we encourage all users to engage in fair and honest transactions while adhering to our policies.
