Off-White’s Groundbreaking Genderless Beauty Collection ‘Paperwork’

Off-White, the highly popular fashion brand, has made its official foray into the beauty market with the exciting launch of its new genderless collection called ‘Paperwork’. The brand aims to redefine beauty by creating a range that is inclusive, transcending traditional gender norms. Taking to Instagram to share this groundbreaking news, Off-White announced that the collection seeks to celebrate the intersection of humanity and individuality.

The debut collection from Off-White’s beauty line is aptly titled ‘Solutions’ and focuses on fragrances which have been expertly crafted in collaboration with renowned perfumers Alexis Dadier, Jerome Epinette, and Sidonie Lancesseur, under the creative direction of the late Virgil Abloh. The beauty collection draws inspiration from a variety of sources, including ’90s nostalgia, bougie classics, and natural earth elements.

The ‘Solutions’ fragrance collection consists of four distinct scents, each with its own unique character. Solution No. 1 is an incredibly versatile everyday fragrance that combines the notes of Ho Wood, Sand Accord, and Patchouli, paying homage to diverse cultures and seashores from around the world. On the other hand, Solution No. 2 offers a revitalizing and unexpected scent, blending the freshness of Tangerine Leaves and Orange Blossom with the woody undertones of Vetiver and Cedarwood. Meanwhile, Solution No. 3, an alluring and romantic fragrance, showcases the exquisite rose absolute from Grasse. Lastly, Solution No. 4 strikes a perfect balance between freshness and warm woodiness, inspired by Jerome Epinette’s appreciation of nature. All of these distinct fragrances are packaged elegantly in industrial glass bottles featuring a convenient grip control knob.

While the fragrance collection serves as the initial offering from Paperwork, the brand has plans to expand its range in the future. Next month, Off-White will venture into the makeup category, introducing six face and body pigment crayons, accompanied by stencils and six nail polishes. This extension of the Paperwork line will further establish Off-White’s presence in the beauty industry, showcasing their commitment to innovation and staying ahead of the curve.

It is interesting to note that the visionary mind behind the Paperwork collection is none other than Virgil Abloh himself, who unfortunately passed away before its official launch. The collection made its grand debut on the runway during Off-White’s Fall 2022 show in February, serving as a testament to the brand’s dedication to creativity and pushing boundaries.

Consumers can now purchase the highly anticipated Paperwork collection on Off-White.com and Farfetch. This launch coincides with Farfetch’s own entrance into the beauty market, following its recent acquisition of luxury beauty retailer Violet Grey. Together, with Off-White, Browns, and Violet Grey, Farfetch will curate a selection of the most exquisite luxury beauty products, catering to individuals of all ages, races, cultures, and genders. By embracing diversity, Farfetch aims to provide its customers with a comprehensive beauty experience.

Off-White’s entry into the beauty category with the groundbreaking ‘Paperwork’ collection signifies an exciting new venture for the brand. With its genderless approach and innovative products, Off-White is poised to make a significant impact in the beauty industry, solidifying its position as a trailblazer in the world of fashion and now, beauty.
