Covering 4,700 square feet across multiple levels, including the ground, basement, and first floors, the new store will offer collections for men, women, and children. Although New Bond Street lost its title as Europe’s most expensive shopping street for rents to Milan’s Via Monte Napoleone last year, it continues to attract high-end brands and luxury retailers. Despite the removal of VAT-free shopping for tourists, which resulted in fewer international visitors, the allure of New Bond Street remains strong. The street’s reputation and affluent clientele command high rents for retailers.
The Hanover development, where DSquared2 and Hackett will be located, has become a hub for luxury brands.
