Mulberry Acquires Full Ownership of Korean Subsidiary, Reinforcing Global Expansion Strategy

By acquiring the remaining 40% of Mulberry (Korea) Co, Ltd from its partner SHK Holdings Limited, the brand has taken a significant step towards gaining complete autonomy and control over its operations in Korea.

The decision to take full ownership of its Korean subsidiary comes on the heels of a successful joint venture established with SHK Holdings Limited last year.
