Moncler Unveils ‘We Love Winter’ Campaign

Moncler, the renowned luxury outdoor clothing brand, has recently unveiled its latest campaign titled “We Love Winter,” which aims to celebrate the winter season and the importance of human connections. The campaign showcases Moncler’s iconic logo, with the letter ‘o’ replaced by the distinctive Moncler emblem, and emphasizes the brand’s longstanding relationship with winter since its establishment in 1952. In today’s world, where human connection is cherished more than ever, the campaign strives to convey a message of togetherness.

The creative direction and photography for the campaign were executed by Chris Colls, an Australian artist based in New York. The campaign will be exhibited in major cities across the globe throughout the winter season. The concept behind “We Love Winter” revolves around overcoming physical distance and uniting friends and family in the spirit of creativity and collaboration. By capturing the genuine warmth found in family portraiture, Moncler’s vision aims to foster a sense of unity and optimism.

The campaign features a diverse array of talented individuals, including American actresses Robin Wright and Dylan Penn, French music artist Lala &ce and her mother Noëlle, Japanese race car enthusiast Mai Ikuzawa and her sons Arto and Milo, French ‘flextro’ dancer Bats (aka Mamadou Bathily), and models Mao Xiaoxing and Mika Schneider. Each vignette portrays the authentic intimacy of human connections in various walks of life.

The images in the campaign are presented in soft black and white, with a vibrant splash of red to highlight the essential elements of Moncler. Chris Colls, the photographer, expressed his enthusiasm for capturing closeness and intimacy through his lens. He believes that photography has the ability to capture dimensions that may not be noticeable in real life, such as blurred motion and the texture of an image. These frozen moments of reality evoke a unique emotional response.

“We Love Winter” showcases Moncler’s Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s collections. The slogan appears in cursive handwriting alongside the imagery, both physically and digitally. The campaign was launched on Friday through outdoor displays, print and digital media, and various social media platforms. The hashtag #WeLoveWinter will be used to further spread the campaign’s message.

Undoubtedly, Moncler’s latest campaign successfully captures the essence of winter and underscores the significance of human connections. By celebrating togetherness and the joy of reuniting with loved ones, the brand aims to resonate with consumers and generate excitement for its upscale outdoor clothing collections. As winter approaches and the world gradually reopens, Moncler’s “We Love Winter” campaign serves as a heartfelt reminder of the cherished moments that can be shared during this season of warmth and connection.
