Matches Appoints Andrea Trocino as Chief Product and Technology Officer

Matches, the luxury fashion retailer, has announced the appointment of Andrea Trocino as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer. Trocino brings with him a wealth of experience, having held senior positions at ASOS for the past two decades. During his time at ASOS, Trocino played a key role in the development of the company’s mobile website and native apps, which resulted in a significant increase in the user base, growing from zero to an impressive 30 million users by 2021. Furthermore, under Trocino’s leadership, mobile revenue accounted for a staggering 80% of ASOS’ overall business revenue, amounting to a colossal £3 billion.

In his new role at Matches, Trocino’s primary focus will be on revamping the customer experience, particularly in the areas of digital marketing, acquisition, retention, and engagement. Matches aims to expand its customer base and solidify its position as the go-to luxury destination for customers worldwide.
