Marni to Open New Permanent Store on Paris Saint-Honoré

Marni, the high-end Italian fashion house founded by Consuelo Castiglioni and part of the prestigious OTB group, is set to open a permanent store on the iconic rue Saint-Honoré in Paris. Following the success of their temporary “Marni Market” concept store at 231 rue Saint-Honoré earlier this year, the brand has decided to establish a more enduring presence in this luxury shopping district.

Spanning approximately 220 square meters, with the ground floor covering 60 square meters and the majority of the retail space located in the basement, the new Marni store marks a shift away from the temporary pop-up model. The move towards a permanent retail concept reflects Marni’s commitment to expanding its footprint in major fashion capitals such as Paris, New York, and Milan.

Currently operating four retail locations in Paris, including a monobrand store on Avenue Montaigne and retail corners in renowned department stores like Le Bon Marché and Galeries Lafayette, Marni’s decision to set up shop on rue Saint-Honoré underscores the street’s emergence as a sought-after luxury shopping destination. Joining other prestigious brands like Herno and Balmain, Marni’s arrival adds to the allure of this fashionable street, which is also seeing an influx of renowned labels like Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton, Moschino, Dior, and Chanel.

Under the new leadership of General Manager Stefano Biondo, who assumed the role in May, Marni continues to thrive, reporting a revenue of €180 million in 2017 and a global presence in 54 countries. With 70 directly managed monobrand stores, 470 multibrand stores, and 22 stores operated with business partners worldwide, Marni is poised for further growth and success.

Stay tuned for the official opening date of Marni’s new permanent store on rue Saint-Honoré, as the brand embarks on an exciting new chapter in the heart of Paris.
