Marine Serre Regeneration Atelier at Selfridges Corner Shop

Marine Serre, known for her eco-friendly fashion designs and commitment to sustainability, has recently opened a regeneration atelier at the Selfridges Corner Shop in London’s Oxford Street. The pop-up, which will be available until May 17th, aims to showcase the brand’s dedication to sustainable fashion and regenerated clothing.

The atelier has transformed the Selfridges Corner Shop into a workshop where visitors can partake in customisation workshops, explore exclusive Marine Serre pieces, and even have couture styles tailored to their measurements. The space is beautifully adorned with vintage furniture, featuring the brand’s signature crescent moons.

Marine Serre is thrilled about the collaboration and stated that she wanted visitors to experience how the Marine Serre house fits seamlessly within its environment. She expressed her excitement about exploring new possibilities for the future and emphasized the importance of repairing and loving sustainably.

In addition to the immersive experience, the atelier offers a unique opportunity for shoppers. They can observe the production of a one-of-a-kind Marine Serre upcycled tee or bring in their own T-shirt to be upcycled. Vintage tees from France and the UK are also available for purchase. Customers can also celebrate the launch of the first-ever Marine Serre trainers, exclusively sold at the atelier. For those who buy a pair, they will have the chance to use the soles to print their own custom Marine Serre T-shirt.

Furthermore, in May, there will be a screen print workshop where visitors can bring their own garments to be printed with the brand’s signature moon prints or choose to purchase a Marine Serre item for printing.

Selfridges commends Marine Serre for being a pioneer in building a sustainably-minded global brand that appeals to consumers worldwide. The collaboration with Marine Serre aligns with Selfridges’ commitment to sustainability and reinforces their support for environmentally conscious fashion brands.

The Marine Serre regeneration atelier at the Selfridges Corner Shop offers a one-of-a-kind experience for customers, allowing them to explore the brand’s innovative approach to fashion and sustainability. By participating in workshops and witnessing the process of repairing and upcycling garments, visitors are encouraged to engage with the concept of sustainable fashion. Such collaborations showcase the fashion industry’s ongoing prioritization of sustainability and promote a more conscious and environmentally friendly approach to consumption.
