The fourth edition of LVMH’s ‘Private Days’ initiative, held from October 12 to 14 across 77 locations in 14 countries, attracted an impressive 180,000 visitors. This three-day extravaganza opened the doors of various LVMH labels to the public, showcasing the talents of 3,000 craftsmen and designers across sectors such as fashion, leather goods, perfumes, watches, and jewelry.

With 56 out of 70 LVMH labels participating in this year’s event, visitors had the opportunity to explore famous venues like the Château Cheval Blanc winery, Dior’s haute couture ateliers, Fontaines Parfumées perfume design center, Krug champagne cellars, and the Hennessy winery in France. Locations outside of Europe included the Glenmorangie whisky distillery in Scotland, Hublot watch factory in Switzerland, Louis Vuitton footwear manufacturer in Italy, and Belvedere vodka distillery in Poland. Beyond these, visitors could also experience sites like Cloudy Bay winery in New Zealand, Newton Vineyard in California’s Napa Valley, and Terrazas de Los Andes winery in Argentina.

The success of LVMH’s ‘Private Days’ initiative, described as an “unprecedented success” in a recent press release, aligns with their record-breaking sales of over €42 billion in 2017. This event has become a popular way for the public to engage with the craftsmanship and expertise behind the renowned brands under the LVMH umbrella.
