LVMH Métiers d’Art Acquires Renato Menegatti

LVMH Métiers d’Art, the luxury division of LVMH, has recently made another acquisition in Italy, strengthening its position as a leader in rare materials sourcing. The company has acquired a 100% stake in Renato Menegatti, a renowned metal component producer based in Villaverla, near Vicenza. Renato Menegatti, now known as M.ON.DE, specializes in producing small metallic components for luxury accessories, including logos, chains, buckles, and more.

M.ON.DE stands out for its ability to carry out the entire production process in-house, from design and prototyping to manufacturing and finishing techniques. With expertise in techniques such as gold or palladium galvanizing, anodizing, glazing, and polishing, M.ON.DE consistently delivers exceptional quality. This acquisition expands LVMH Métiers d’Art’s portfolio of companies specializing in metal components, which also includes GBJM and Jade Group.
