LVMH Makes New Appointments in Luxury Watches & Jewelry Division

LVMH, the renowned luxury conglomerate, is shaking up its watches and jewelry division with a series of significant internal appointments. Notably, Frédéric Arnault has been appointed as the CEO of LVMH Watches, bringing his successful experience as the CEO of TAG Heuer to lead the strategic operations of Hublot, TAG Heuer, and Zenith.

Arnault’s outstanding achievements at TAG Heuer have made him a prominent figure in the industry. With his leadership, LVMH aims to ensure strong and sustainable growth for its Watch Maisons, further solidifying its position in the competitive watchmaking sector. Stéphane Bianchi, the CEO of LVMH watches and jewelry division, expresses his confidence in Arnault’s capabilities, emphasizing the remarkable job he has done at TAG Heuer over the past six years. Julien Tornare, who has been serving as the CEO of Zenith since 2017, will now take on the role of CEO at TAG Heuer. Tornare’s extensive experience within the LVMH Group and deep roots in the watchmaking industry make him a strategic choice to continue TAG Heuer’s development and enhance the value of its iconic collections. Simultaneously, Benoit de Clerck, with his 25 years of experience in the watchmaking industry within the Richemont Group, has been appointed as the new CEO of Zenith. De Clerck’s appointment aims to maintain the Maison’s legacy of innovation and set the stage for the future of Swiss watchmaking.

In the new structure, Tornare, de Clerck, and Ricardo Guadalupe, the CEO of Hublot, will directly report to Frédéric Arnault. This reorganization of leadership within LVMH’s watches and jewelry division showcases the company’s commitment to driving growth and excellence in the luxury watch industry.
