Loupe Opens Second Store in Croydon

Luxury jeweller Loupe has announced the opening of its second physical store in Croydon, south London. With an investment of over £3 million, this new boutique follows the success of Loupe’s flagship store in Milton Keynes. The Croydon boutique spans 4,300 sq ft and is located in the Centrale Shopping Centre. Its highlight is a dedicated 900 sq ft Rolex showroom, as well as a Rolex Authorised Service Centre. Customers visiting the service centre will have the opportunity to observe adjustments and repairs being carried out by the accredited matchmaker.

Loupe understands the importance of creating unique and memorable shopping experiences. As part of this philosophy, the Croydon boutique features a generous hosting area with its own bar to enhance customer experience. In an added touch of personalization, Loupe has also included a secret private room called ‘The Drum’. This room allows clients to enjoy their own playlist through a media wall while exploring the selection of jewellery and watches. The main showroom showcases Loupe’s carefully curated collection of diamonds and contemporary fine jewellery, known for its unique hallmark. The collection includes both classic and modern pieces, ranging from exquisite diamond rings to fine jewellery. Curated jewellery collections like Spyra, Confidante, and Asteria are also available.

In addition to its own collection, Loupe is proud to host showrooms for its Swiss watch brand partners, including Omega, Breitling, and Tudor. These immersive showrooms provide customers with an opportunity to explore a wide range of luxury watches. Loupe also offers exclusive jewellery brands like Royal Asscher and Mikimoto, further expanding its selection and catering to diverse tastes and preferences.

Anna Blackburn, Managing Director of both Beaverbrooks and Loupe, expressed her enthusiasm for Loupe’s future, emphasizing the rising demand for personal and immersive retail experiences. The success of Loupe’s flagship store in Milton Keynes serves as a testament to the brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to its customers. The decision to name the brand “Loupe” was intentional, aiming to challenge traditional conventions and make a lasting impression on customers. Blackburn believes that the name epitomizes the concept of looking through a portal into an exciting and enchanting world, magnifying the beauty and craftsmanship of the pieces while providing luxurious and delightful experiences for new and existing clients.

Loupe’s expansion into a new location in Croydon demonstrates its confidence in meeting the demand for immersive retail experiences in the luxury sector. By investing in creating unique shopping environments and offering high-quality jewellery and watches, Loupe strives to provide its customers with the epitome of luxury and excellence. With these strategies in place, Loupe is well-positioned to continue its success in Croydon and meet the growing expectations of its discerning clientele.
