Louis Vuitton Celebrates Collaboration History with LV DREAM Exhibition

Luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton is celebrating its rich history of collaborations by opening an interactive exhibition to the public. The exhibition, called LV DREAM, is a tribute to the numerous talented artists and brands that Louis Vuitton has collaborated with over its 160-year existence. From iconic partnerships with Yayoi Kusama and Jeff Koons to groundbreaking collaborations with Supreme and Stephen Sprouse, these creative alliances have left an indelible mark on the brand’s legacy. With the launch of LV DREAM, Louis Vuitton aims to honor and showcase the exceptional work of these artists.

The exhibition will take place at the historic former store “La Belle Jardinière” in Paris, starting on November 16th. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore and rediscover the most significant collaborations of the luxury house, accompanied by a selection of historical and contemporary fashion pieces. The exhibition is divided into nine immersive and interactive rooms, each offering a unique perspective on Louis Vuitton’s collaborations. From “Louis Vuitton: As seen by…” to “The World of Vuitton according to Rei” and “Leathergoods in Fashion,” the exhibition promises an engaging and informative journey through the brand’s creative collaborations.

In addition to the exhibition, the first floor of the venue will feature a café and chocolate shop called “Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton.” This delightful culinary experience will be led by renowned pastry chef Maxime Frédéric, who was named the Guide Gault & Millau Pastry Chef of the Year in 2022. Guests can indulge in a range of delectable creations crafted by Maxime Frédéric, accompanied by the house’s signature chocolates. Through this gastronomic venture, Louis Vuitton further demonstrates its commitment to establishing a presence in the world of fine dining.

For those looking for a memento of their visit, a large boutique will offer unique creations adorned with the exclusive LV DREAM logo. Visitors can also browse a selection of small leather goods, accessories, perfumes, and publications associated with the luxury brand.

LV DREAM is situated at 2 Rue du Pont Neuf, 75001 Paris, and will be open to the public from November 16th, 2022, to November 15th, 2023, between 11 am and 8 pm. Admission to the exhibition is free, although reservations can be made on the official Louis Vuitton website.
