Longchamp Pop-up Store at Harrods

Longchamp, the renowned French accessories brand, has created a captivating pop-up store within the illustrious Harrods department store in London. Running until January 25th, this temporary space is located on the ground floor within Harrods’ Crescent Windows area. The pop-up has been beautifully designed from floor to ceiling, immersing visitors in Longchamp’s signature intense green color, also known as vert lumière. This vibrant display brings a touch of Parisian elegance to London, with traditional Haussmannian moldings, vintage-inspired furniture, and decorative household objects all showcased in the striking Pantone 367C green hue. Creative Director Sophie Delafontaine has carefully curated this sensory experience to allow visitors to fully immerse themselves in the world of Longchamp and its playful spirit, symbolized by the vert lumière shade, which embodies the brand’s values of energy and optimism.

The Longchamp pop-up store at Harrods not only offers a remarkable visual experience but also provides exclusive products, available only through this collaboration with Harrods. Among these exclusives are two special edition bags: the Epure Mini Bucket bag and the Le Pliage XS bag. These exclusive designs will be produced in limited quantities, with only 10 of the Epure Mini Bucket bags and 25 of the Le Pliage XS bags available. Customers who appreciate the exclusivity and allure of Longchamp will not want to miss the opportunity to acquire these highly sought-after pieces in the captivating vert lumière color. Additionally, the pop-up will feature Longchamp’s broader Spring/Summer 2024 collection for customers to explore and admire.

In an exciting first for Harrods, Longchamp will also be offering a ready-to-wear capsule collection personally selected by Creative Director Sophie Delafontaine. This carefully curated collection complements the accessories on offer and features the same vibrant color palette of vert lumière, alongside warm shades of orange and yellow, as well as classic khaki, white, grey, and black. Denim items will bear a prominent print of the season, showcasing Longchamp’s iconic stylized racehorse rider motif. Furthermore, embroidered and crochet appliqué daisy emblems will be displayed on both bags and ready-to-wear pieces, adding a touch of whimsy and charm to the collection.

Hector Cassegrain, Longchamp’s Managing Director for the UK & Ireland, expressed his enthusiasm for the pop-up and collection, asserting that it will elevate the relationship between Longchamp and Harrods to new heights in 2024. He views this collaboration as an exceptional opportunity to bring Longchamp’s Parisian creative vision and brand identity to the international city of London. With its unique offerings and exquisite designs, the Longchamp pop-up store at Harrods is an absolute must-visit for fashion enthusiasts and those who seek exclusive pieces from this esteemed French brand.
