London Designer Outlet Introduces Dropit Delivery Service

London Designer Outlet is about to change the way visitors shop with the introduction of Dropit, a delivery service that will enhance the shopping experience at the outlet. Set to launch on 1 December, just in time for the bustling holiday season, Dropit will be accessible in all 50 stores at the centre.

This groundbreaking ‘from store to door’ delivery service was initially introduced in 2015 in collaboration with Regent Street and has since expanded to include various stores in Covent Garden. Renowned partner stores in Central London such as Coach, Jimmy Choo, Chloé, Liberty, Fenwick, and Hunter have all joined the Dropit network.

To take advantage of Dropit, customers can easily locate a Dropit Spot within a partner store through the app and leave an unlimited number of shopping bags for a flat fee of £10.50. Deliveries can be scheduled for either same-day or next-day delivery, depending on the time of purchase.

Sue Shepherd, the centre manager at LDO, emphasized the advantages of Dropit for their diverse range of guests. Tourists can shop at their own pace and explore the sights without being weighed down by bags, as Dropit guarantees the safe delivery of their purchases to their hotels.

In addition to the Dropit service, London Designer Outlet also offers a free Shop ‘n’ Drop service, enabling visitors to store their bags and shop with ease, hands-free. Hosting a plethora of brands like H&M, Kurt Geiger, Gap, Jack Wills, Superdry, Guess, Vans, and Converse, the outlet serves as a go-to destination for shoppers seeking the latest trends and unbeatable deals.

By integrating Dropit, London Designer Outlet aims to simplify the shopping experience and provide convenience for visitors to shop freely without any burdens. Whether it’s a spontaneous purchase or a major shopping spree, Dropit ensures that shoppers can focus on making the most of their visit without worrying about carrying their items.
