The renowned mall, owned by Grosvenor, happily welcomed Vincentius and Tribus, two local brands that have opened flagship stores at this bustling city destination. Vincentius, a unique independent retailer, has proudly revealed its stunning 1,200 sq ft flagship boutique located on Manesty’s Lane. This stylish store boasts a wide array of locally-designed menswear, footwear, and childrenswear. To further engage with the local community, the interior of the store showcases captivating artwork from talented graffiti artists.

Rob Hardwick, the co-founder of Vincentius Bespoke, shared his enthusiasm about the transition, emphasizing that relocating to Liverpool One marks a significant milestone in elevating the brand’s presence. By emphasizing a blend of independent brands alongside larger retailers, Vincentius aims to offer a diverse shopping experience that complements the existing mix at the mall.

On the flip side, the Swiss-made watch brand Tribus has recently inaugurated its very first store at Liverpool One’s Wall Street. Apart from presenting premium watches, Tribus holds a strong local connection as the Official Global Wristwatch and Timing Partner for Liverpool FC. The brand made headlines with the release of a special ‘Champions’ model celebrating the football club’s historic first league title in three decades.

Alison Clegg, the director of Asset Management for Grosvenor Europe, couldn’t contain her excitement over the latest additions. She emphasized how securing these two high-profile retail signings serves as a fantastic way to conclude the year and set the tone for an exciting 2021. Noteworthy leasing announcements by Grosvenor also include the renewal of the lease for British luxury jeweler David M Robison at the mall. Additionally, new retail openings at Liverpool One feature prominent brands such as toy store Hamleys and a fresh retail concept for the Japanese-inspired lifestyle brand Kenji.
