Lamborghini Receives Top Employer Italy Certification

For the ninth year in a row, Lamborghini has received the prestigious “Top Employer Italy” certification, reaffirming its status as a leading employer in the country. This recognition comes at a time when Lamborghini is focused on strengthening its workforce. In 2021, the company experienced a remarkable growth of 5.6% in its workforce, a testament to its commitment to maintaining excellence in HR practices. The certification is a result of several factors, including the company’s dedication to diversity, inclusion, parental support, salary equality, and work-life balance.

In July of last year, Lamborghini introduced a new internal initiative called Feelosophy, which prioritizes the overall well-being of its employees. The program emphasizes various aspects of well-being such as sustainable nutrition and sleep quality. By taking a holistic approach to employee wellness, Lamborghini is ensuring that its workforce is happy, healthy, and motivated.

Umberto Tossini, the Chief Human Capital Officer at Lamborghini, expressed the company’s goal of providing an attractive work environment that fosters trust, fairness, and strong relationships among its employees. This recognition holds immense value for Lamborghini, especially considering that the company achieved an outstanding 13% increase in sales last year, setting a record for its sales history.

To support its continued growth, Lamborghini has expanded its workforce by 5.6% in 2021, surpassing a total of 1,900 employees. However, the company’s hiring spree is not expected to end there. In May of last year, Lamborghini unveiled the “Direzione Cor Tauri” decarbonization plan, outlining its commitment to environmental sustainability in the coming years. With a budget of over 1.5 billion euros dedicated to this transition, Lamborghini plans to invest heavily in hiring and training programs over the next decade.

Aside from its achievements in the automotive industry, Lamborghini has also made a significant impact in the realm of social media. Last year, the brand emerged as the most popular automotive brand on Instagram, earning the highest median number of likes on the platform. This accomplishment further solidifies Lamborghini’s influence and attractiveness as a brand.

Lamborghini’s continuous dedication to excellence in HR practices, its innovative initiatives, and its exceptional performance in the market have positioned the company as a frontrunner in the automotive industry. By prioritizing employee well-being and fostering a culture of growth, Lamborghini sets itself apart as a top employer and a highly respected brand.
