Kikikickz: A French Sneaker Trading Business Opens Physical Boutique in Paris

Kikikickz, a popular French sneaker trading business, has recently expanded its operations by opening a physical boutique in the heart of Paris. Founded by entrepreneurial duo Baptiste Saltiel and Killian Dris, Kikikickz has been successfully reselling rare and highly sought-after sneakers from luxury brands like Christian Dior, Comme des Garçons, and Alexander McQueen for the past six years. Their online success has now led them to establish a private boutique in Place de Valois, near the prestigious Palais Royal, catering exclusively to brand-affiliated celebrities and private customers.

Baptiste and Killian first crossed paths six years ago and discovered their shared passion for sneakers. While Killian ventured into buying and reselling sneakers, Baptiste was busy organizing parties. Eventually, they joined forces, learning from each other’s expertise and nurturing their business. The idea for Kikikickz initially sparked when Killian successfully sold a dozen hard-to-find sneakers in a cafe, witnessing the immense enthusiasm of the buyers, which ignited their vision.

The newly launched Kikikickz boutique boasts an impressive collection of sneakers from renowned brands such as Off-White, Sacai, Kanye West, and Travis Scott, marking their first physical presence beyond the realms of the virtual world. The boutique also employs a team of sneaker traders who operate akin to foreign exchange brokers, ensuring that customer demands are promptly met. In order to guarantee authenticity, every pair of shoes is accompanied by a certificate validated by industry experts.

Akira Studio, renowned for their innovative designs, has crafted the boutique’s interior, featuring stylish brick and plywood walls adorned with a wide range of high-end sneakers. The basement of the store serves as a sanctuary for limited edition shoes, including the iconic Air Jordan 1 retro Dior, known as the store’s most expensive pair with a price tag of €2,000.

Baptiste and Killian’s ultimate goal is to fulfill the desires of passionate sneaker fans by offering them the most coveted footwear. The store’s strategic location near prominent Parisian landmarks like Les Halles, the Pinault Foundation Bourse de Commerce, and the Palais Royal, adds to its appeal. Who knows, visitors may even have a chance encounter with Emily Cooper, the beloved protagonist of the Netflix series “Emily in Paris,” who could possibly be browsing through the store’s extensive collection.

Kikikickz has undoubtedly revolutionized the sneaker trading business, and their expansion into a physical boutique is predicted to attract an even larger fanbase of sneaker enthusiasts from around the world.
