Presented by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, this prestigious award acknowledges Kering’s commitment to equal opportunities. The company’s national-level policy is firmly rooted in several tangible criteria, such as the establishment and implementation of anti-discrimination measures, organizational strategies aimed at fostering diversity, and public declarations of support for LGBTQ inclusion.

According to Laurent Claquin, President of Kering Americas, “We firmly believe that diversity and equality are crucial for the development of a sustainable and innovative business. Creating a work environment where every individual can authentically express themselves is an utmost priority. We are dedicated to ensuring that all employees, including those from LGBTQ communities, not only feel accepted but also genuinely included.”
