Kering to Launch Second Luxury Outlet Village in Italy

Kering, the prestigious French luxury group, is gearing up to launch its second The Mall luxury outlet village in Italy. Building upon the triumph of The Mall Firenze, The Mall San Remo is poised to introduce luxury labels to the glamorous Ligurian coastal town of San Remo. With an array of high-end products spanning from ready-to-wear to accessories, jewelry, and watches, this brand village promises a lavish shopping experience for visitors. After more than three years of meticulous planning, the necessary permits have been secured, paving the way for construction to commence, with the grand opening anticipated in mid-2019.

Similar to its counterpart in Tuscany, The Mall Firenze, which showcases a selection of luxury brands from Kering such as Gucci, Givenchy, Emilio Pucci, and Fendi, the forthcoming outlet village in San Remo will exude an aura of opulence within its more compact 32,000 square meter area. Enhancing the shopping experience, The Mall San Remo will feature a VIP Lounge and offer exclusive services like hotel deliveries. While Florence’s outlet village boasts an impressive lineup of brands, San Remo will present its own unique mix, designed to appeal to both international tourists and local clientele.

Under the management of Design Management, a subsidiary of Kering, The Mall Luxury Outlets are revered for providing a premium shopping environment. Although specific financial details have not been disclosed, it is evident that the triumph of The Mall Firenze has inspired Kering to extend its luxury outlet village concept to San Remo. Situated in a picturesque setting and offering an exclusive range of brands, The Mall San Remo is poised to emerge as a top-tier destination for luxury shopping enthusiasts in Italy.
