Karl Daily Magazine to Release “The Kolor Edition”

After the incredible success of its first edition, Karl Daily magazine is set to release its second publication. Initially launched on September 20, 2014, the magazine quickly gained popularity, with over 40,000 copies given out on the streets of Paris and an additional 150,000 copies distributed in Karl Lagerfeld’s boutiques. Now, Karl Lagerfeld, the artistic director of Chanel, presents “The Kolor Edition” of Karl Daily, a digital version of his journal that pays homage to his latest collection of vibrant accessories.

As the editor-in-chief of the magazine, Lagerfeld enjoys playing with rumors and offers an array of intriguing content. Fake rumors about various personalities are scattered throughout the publication, adding an element of playfulness. In addition, interviews with top models Kendall Jenner, Sasha Luss, Ming Xi, and Baptiste Giabiconi provide exclusive insights into the fashion industry. To align with the latest collection from Lagerfeld’s brand, a personality test based on colors is also included, allowing readers to discover their own unique style.

One notable contributor to “The Kolor Edition” is Choupette, Lagerfeld’s famous cat and muse. The feline engages in a captivating conversation with Tiffany Cooper, a renowned French illustrator known for her blog, “Le Meilleur des Mondes des Possibles.” Cooper gained fame by launching her own brand of accessories and t-shirts at the concept store Colette in 2014. Their tête-à-tête offers a delightful glimpse into Choupette’s world and highlights the close bond between Lagerfeld and his beloved pet.

Not only is Lagerfeld a revered figure in the fashion industry, but he is also expanding his influence into the accessories sector. As the artistic director of Fendi since 1965 and Chanel since 1983, Lagerfeld has a deep understanding of fashion and its various components. He has utilized the accessories sector to further develop his own eponymous brand and infuse it with a youthful and ever-evolving spirit. Inspired by his iconic cat, Lagerfeld continuously unveils creative and innovative pieces under his eponymous label. The latest venture in Lagerfeld’s fashion empire is the launch of Karl Lagerfeld Kids line, scheduled for spring 2016. This expansion demonstrates Lagerfeld’s desire to cater to a wider audience and evolve his brand to meet the needs of modern consumers.

To provide a more immersive experience for customers, Lagerfeld has opened various dedicated spaces for his brand. In September 2014, a permanent corner at the Galeries Lafayette on Boulevard Haussman was inaugurated, showcasing Lagerfeld’s designs. Furthermore, on March 2, the designer presented a new temporary space specifically dedicated to accessories, further establishing his brand’s presence in the industry.

“The Kolor Edition” of Karl Daily will be available exclusively on the brand’s website from the last week of March. Fashion enthusiasts and Lagerfeld fans alike can look forward to immersing themselves in the captivating content and exploring the vibrant world of Karl Lagerfeld and his eponymous brand.
