Italian Fashion Group Aeffe Acquires Remaining Stake in Moschino

Italian fashion group Aeffe has recently completed the acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in Moschino, solidifying its position as the sole owner of the renowned fashion brand. This transaction holds a significant value of €66.57 million, with an immediate payment of €30 million, while the remaining €36.57 million will be disbursed by November 30th.

For Aeffe, this acquisition marks a crucial milestone in its long-term growth strategy. Massimo Ferretti, the Executive Chairman of Aeffe, strongly believes that by assuming full control of Moschino, the company will be able to efficiently manage all aspects of the brand’s value chain, ranging from meticulous product design to uncompromising quality.

Moreover, this acquisition is anticipated to have a positive impact on Moschino’s overall image, distribution, and communication. Led by talented American designer Jeremy Scott since 2013, Moschino achieved remarkable success last year, attaining a significant revenue of €215.4 million.
