With the debut of its 28th store in the Netherlands last year, Isabel Marant is poised to dominate the retail landscape in 2019. In celebration of its 25th anniversary, the brand has wasted no time in solidifying its retail presence, rapidly opening a total of 37 company-owned stores in just a few short months.

The newest additions to Isabel Marant’s expanding empire include stores in Lyon, Barcelona, and Brussels, which all welcomed shoppers in February and March. Strategically positioned in key locations like Brussels’ rue Auguste-Comte, Barcelona’s Paseo De Gracia, and Lyon’s boulevard de Waterloo, these fresh boutique locations range in size from 110 to 200 square meters.

Building upon the success of its iconic flagship store on the prestigious rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, Isabel Marant is preparing to enter the realm of men’s fashion with the imminent launch of its first men’s store in the Marais district. This exciting foray into menswear was made possible by an investment from the Montefiore fund, which now holds a majority ownership stake in the brand.

Looking towards the horizon, Isabel Marant shows no indication of decelerating. With imminent store openings slated for London, Monaco, Mexico, and Munich within the upcoming half-year, the label is poised to make a splash in previously uncharted territories like Germany and Mexico. The continued expansion of Isabel Marant’s retail network heralds a promising trajectory for the brand as it persists in expanding and innovating within the competitive landscape of fashion.
