International Talent Support 2019 Finalists Unveiled

ITS, short for International Talent Support, is a renowned Italian organization that is committed to nurturing and promoting emerging designers. The organization recently unveiled the list of finalists for its highly anticipated 2019 awards, following a rigorous selection process overseen by ITS founder Barbara Franchin and esteemed designer Aitor Throup. With over 800 submissions received from 80 different countries, the judging panel had the challenging task of identifying the most promising talents in the fashion world.

The finalists represent a diverse array of countries, including Australia, Belgium, China, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Israel, Japan, Peru, South Korea, Switzerland, the UK, the US, Taiwan, and Thailand. The fashion category features standout designers such as Louis Appelmans, Daoyuan Ding, Annaliese Griffith-Jones, Moon Hussain, Cecilia Del Carmen Juarez Balta, Jimin Kim, Rafael Kouto, Shie Lyu, Yukika Saito, Anni Salonen, and Hana Yagi.

In the jewelry and accessories category, talented individuals like Fabia Brüning, Irina Galon, Corrina Goutos, Joanne Guiraud, Skye Gwillim, Yukako Hihara, Hazuki Katagai, Asumi Maeda, Xiaotu Tang, Bingqing Yi, and Yunqi Zhang are vying for top honors. The ultimate winner of the ITS Award powered by Allianz will walk away with a cash prize of €15,000, in addition to valuable internships and job prospects.

Furthermore, recipients of other awards such as the OTB Award and Diesel Award will gain access to exclusive internships and mentorship programs aimed at enhancing their skills and knowledge within the industry. The finalists of ITS 2019 will have the chance to showcase their collections at high-profile events like Pitti Uomo or Super in 2020, providing them with unparalleled exposure and networking opportunities.

On top of these thrilling opportunities, participants will face exciting challenges presented by illycaffè, while also having the chance to exhibit their creations at the Tomorrow Le Palais Showroom in Paris through the Tomorrow Award. The grand culmination of ITS 2019 is scheduled to take place in Trieste on the 12th of July, where the winners will be lauded and recognized for their remarkable creativity and contribution to the fashion landscape.
