Cecilie Bahnsen, the only Danish label on the Parisian stage, presented a collection titled ‘Faraway, so close!’ Her designs stayed true to her signature exploration of “everyday couture,” featuring delicate, feminine, and romantic pieces that aimed to be wearable in everyday life. Litkovska, the only Ukrainian brand at Paris Fashion Week, celebrated classic tailoring in their collection titled ‘Rebirth.’ The brand showcased fluid and exquisite cuts, highlighting the traditional craftsmanship of Ukraine. The collection explored the strength of contemporary women, weaving elements of resilience and transformation into the garments. Reflecting the harsh realities of war in Ukraine, the collection featured deconstructed and asymmetrical pieces. Standout designs included wide suit jackets transformed into dresses, oversized palazzo-cut jumpsuits, and enveloping trenches created through fabric layering. White cotton shirts layered over T-shirts, raffia accessories and corsets, and long tailored vests completed the powerful and meaningful collection.
