Items Not Accepted

ULTIMZ does not accept the following items in our wine auctions:

  • Wines stored in inappropriate conditions.
  • Non-authentic or misleading wine descriptions.

Object Description

To ensure successful auctions, provide a detailed and truthful description of your wine bottle. Include essential details such as producer, vintage, region, varietal, condition, and any unique characteristics.

Condition Grading

We employ the following condition grades for wine bottles:

  • A: Pristine condition
  • B: Very good condition
  • C: Good condition
  • D: Acceptable condition

Image Guidelines

High-quality photos are essential for attracting buyers. Provide clear images of the wine bottle from various angles, focusing on the label, capsule, cork, and any unique features. Include photos of any packaging, boxes, or certificates. Photos should be well-lit, with a plain background to highlight the wine. Avoid including unrelated objects in the photos.
