ULTIMZ does not accept the following items in our clothing auctions:
- Low-value items from diffusion lines, including skirts, trousers, polos, t-shirts, etc., from brands such as Just Cavalli, Emporio Armani, Armani Jeans, Versace Collection, D&G, Moschino Cheap & Chic, and more.
- Items not originating from well-known luxury brands or designers.
- Items that are out of fashion or possess a basic and uninteresting style.
- Items belonging to low-value categories like underwear, activewear, and sportswear.
- Torn, broken, damaged, or stained items.
- Employee uniforms.
- Samples or prototypes.
- Children’s clothing.
- Wedding dresses.
- Unbranded or tailored items.
Excluded Fur Types
Certain types of fur are not accepted in our auctions due to ethical and legal considerations:
- CITES-protected fur (e.g., Ermine, Fisher, Golden Jackal, Grey Wolf, Leopard, Lynx, Marmot, Marten, Ocelot, Otter, etc.).
- Seal fur.
- Skunk fur.
- Fur with heads or paws bearing nails.

Object Description
To ensure successful auctions, provide a detailed and truthful description of your fashion item. Include essential details such as brand, type, color, material, condition, period, size, and measurements in centimeters.
Condition Grading
We employ the following condition grades for fashion items:
- A: New or as New
- B: Very good condition
- C: Good condition
- D: Very used
Conditions that are unacceptable include discolouration, external stains, discoloured zips, missing buttons, holes, inside signs of wear, stained armpits, and fur with heads or paws with nails.
Image Guidelines
High-quality photos are essential for attracting buyers. Provide a minimum of 10 photos that offer a 360-degree view of the item, close-ups of critical details, and clear images of labels, logos, buttons, zips, and linings. Ensure that the entire item is centered, well-illuminated, and set against a white background. Avoid including other objects or room details in the photos. Utilize mannequins or hangers for displaying items, and refrain from self-portraits or bare hands. All images should be original and not sourced from the internet.
