Gucci Expands Premium Services in Asia

Gucci is expanding its premium services in Asia with the opening of a new VIP salon in Tokyo. Located on the third floor of the flagship Gucci Ginza Namiki store, this salon is dedicated to serving the brand’s Very Important Clients. It also includes one of the four Gucci Osteria restaurants.

The salon offers a personalized experience for Gucci’s most affluent customers, with a focus on custom-made items. These exclusive pieces feature rare and unique details such as 18-carat gold, crystals, and diamonds. Customers can browse and purchase fashion, leather goods, watches, jewelry, and lifestyle creations, all within a baroque-inspired space. The salon also plans to host events, meetings, and workshops to enhance the customer experience.

This VIP salon in Tokyo is the second of its kind for Gucci, following the launch of a similar concept in their West Hollywood store earlier this year. With a minimum price point of $40,000, Gucci aims to target the ultra-luxury market. The brand plans to expand its premium retail presence in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taipei, and Dubai in the near future. Similar initiatives are also expected to be introduced in key European cities like Paris, London, and Milan.

These expansions reflect Gucci’s efforts to appeal to high-end customers and establish itself as a leading luxury brand in the rapidly growing Asian market. By offering specialized services and exclusive products, Gucci aims to cater to the demands of its affluent clientele.
