With over 25 years of leadership experience, Ventricelli brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role, previously serving as GBG’s Chief Financial Officer and holding key positions at LF USA. His background also includes CFO positions at Frederick Atkins and Adrienne Vittadini, as well as experience in public accounting at KPMG. Ventricelli is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund, showcasing his dedication to the industry.
Caldwell’s journey with GBG began a decade ago when he joined through LF USA as Vice President of Finance. Since then, he has steadily progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller before being promoted to Executive Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining GBG, Caldwell spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he honed his financial expertise.
These appointments are part of GBG’s larger strategic plan for long-term growth, as outlined in a recent press release. The changes within the executive team align with the company’s vision for the future and come after Rick Darling’s appointment as the new CEO of GBG in October.
