French Fashion Brand IKKS Paris Debuts in UK with Two Stores in London

French fashion and lifestyle brand IKKS Paris is set to make its debut in the UK with the opening of two stores in London. The first store will be located on Carnaby Street in the West End and will cover 2,610 sq ft across two floors, offering a wide range of womenswear, menswear, and kidswear. This flagship store will be the brand’s first permanent location in the UK. A second store, focusing exclusively on womenswear and junior lines, is scheduled to open in June on King’s Road in Chelsea.

The IKKS Paris stores in the UK will not only showcase the brand’s stylish and trendy collections but will also feature exclusive items from their sustainable collection named ‘Free the Sea’. This particular collection is made using Sequal yarn produced by the Seaqual initiative, which specializes in recycling plastic waste from the sea. In addition, a percentage of the proceeds from sales of the ‘Free the Sea’ collection will be donated to support The SeaCleaners NGO.

The price range for IKKS Paris products in the UK will vary, catering to different budgets. Womenswear will be priced between £45 and £740, menswear between £45 and £595, and kidswear between £15 and £139. The brand’s stores have been meticulously designed to provide customers with a premium shopping experience. Customers can expect to find a lounge area and enjoy complimentary coffee while exploring the collections. The stores will also host a variety of in-store brand activations, including style sessions, talks, and personalization services. As part of their commitment to sustainability, the stores will feature natural materials throughout their design.

Ludovic Manzon, the CEO of IKKS Paris, expressed his excitement about opening the brand’s first standalone store in London on Carnaby Street. He believes that the area not only offers an iconic shopping experience but also aligns perfectly with their target customers’ preferences. Manzon was pleased with the positive response to recent store openings in China and Madrid, which gave them the confidence to expand to additional markets where there is a demand for IKKS Paris.

Samantha Bain-Mollison, Retail Director at Carnaby landlord Shaftesbury, welcomed IKKS Paris to Carnaby Street, stating her belief that the brand will complement the existing retail portfolio of exciting and unique fashion concepts on the street, providing customers with a premium shopping experience.

Founded by Gérard Le Goff 35 years ago, IKKS Paris aims to inspire urban free spirits worldwide with its creative and responsible Parisian fashion. The brand’s collection is built on four stylistic pillars: Urban Rock, Urban Cargo, Urban Military, and Urban Mobility.

With the opening of these two stores in London, IKKS Paris is ready to make its mark in the UK fashion scene. By offering a unique blend of Parisian chic and sustainable fashion options, the brand aims to captivate British consumers.
