Fossil Group Adds Suzanne Coulter to Board of Directors

Fossil Group, an accessories company based in Richardson, Texas, has recently announced the addition of Suzanne Coulter to its board of directors. Coulter, a seasoned beauty and fashion executive, brings nearly 25 years of experience in the retail industry to the table. She currently serves as the CEO of Arq Botanics, her own entrepreneurial venture specializing in all-natural personal care products.

Prior to her role at Arq Botanics, Coulter held senior leadership positions at renowned companies such as Victoria’s Secret & Co. and Ralph Lauren Corporation. Her extensive background also includes experience at Harrods, House of Fraser, and the Edgars Group. In addition to her new position at Fossil, Coulter currently sits on the board of directors at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where she serves as the chair of the environmental, social, and governance committee.

Throughout her career, Coulter has demonstrated her expertise in the beauty and retail sectors. As the president of the beauty division at Victoria’s Secret, she oversaw the company’s diverse range of fragrances, lotions, cosmetics, and other beauty products. At Ralph Lauren, Coulter held the position of president of US retail, taking charge of the merchandising, management, operations, and marketing of Ralph Lauren’s Polo stores in the United States.

Kosta N. Kartsotis, chairman and CEO of Fossil Group, expressed his enthusiasm about Coulter joining the board of directors. He emphasized her extensive retail background and expertise in strategy, operations, merchandising, and supply chain. Kartsotis firmly believes that Coulter’s experience will bring great value to the board and significantly impact the company’s business.

With Coulter’s appointment, the board of directors will consist of eight members, including seven independent directors.
