Fondation Louis Vuitton Offers Virtual Content with #FLVchezvous

Now, Fondation Louis Vuitton has joined the trend of providing virtual content for people to enjoy from the comfort of their homes. With the initiative called #FLVchezvous, the foundation is offering a weekly program divided into three acts.

Every Wednesday at 6pm, viewers can participate in a guided tour of an exhibition, accompanied by insightful comments from the curators. With an impressive 5-year exhibition history, showcasing 2,300 works by 400 artists across 26 exhibitions, the foundation has a wealth of artistic treasures to share. The first week of the program will feature a revisit of The Collection of the Foundation. The Part of Painting, which explored the theme of painting through 70 international works.

On Fridays at 8:30pm, viewers can enjoy a live concert that takes place in the foundation’s Auditorium. With numerous concerts to choose from, the curators had the challenging task of selecting the best performances. To kick off the weekend, the foundation will broadcast a concert by Boris Berezovsky on piano and Henri Demarquette on cello. Originally performed in April 2015, this concert features compositions by Kuzma Bodrov, Claude Debussy, and Franz Liszt. The beauty of this experience is that you can enjoy it from home, and there’s no need to dress up for the occasion – simply relax on your couch and immerse yourself in the music.

The final act of the week takes place on Sundays at 5:30pm. During this time, viewers are invited to delve into Gautier Capuçon’s Cello Excellence Class. This class showcases the work done by the musician with young talents of the instrument since 2014, providing a fascinating insight into the world of classical music education.
