Fenwick Launches ‘Quiet No More’ Advertising Campaign

Fenwick, the historic UK department store group, has decided to break its 221-year silence by launching its very first advertising campaign known as “Quiet No More.” This significant move is seen as the beginning of a new chapter for the brand, signaling a brand evolution. The campaign, which bears the tagline “Giving Them Something To Talk About,” made its debut on September 18th and is now visible across various cities in the UK, such as Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham, and London. The ads have been strategically placed on billboards, in underground stations, on public transportation networks, and incorporated into guerrilla marketing activities to maximize their impact.

Estevez + Belloso and Ana Paganini, the talented photographers behind the ads, have infused the campaign imagery with raw energy and thought-provoking statements. This new aesthetic aligns perfectly with recent brand launches by Fenwick, including Lovebirds, Cannari Concept, Ed Hardy, Carhartt, Saul Nash, Needles, Parlez, Byredo, and Good Light. To further amplify the campaign’s message, Fenwick has invited customers to visit their stores and explore a special pop-up area where they can purchase limited-edition T-shirts called “Quiet No More.” As an added bonus, each T-shirt purchase comes with a complimentary tote bag featuring the campaign’s empowering tagline.

Fenwick’s primary objective with this campaign is to showcase its evolution as a brand, creating both physical stores and an online platform that are just as unique as the individuals who visit. Whether customers prefer to shop in-store or online, Fenwick aims to be the ultimate destination where everyone can discover their own style and feel empowered to break their silence and reclaim their voice. Mia Fenwick, the CMO of Fenwick, considers this campaign launch to be a monumental moment for the brand. She underscores that the campaign is specifically designed to resonate with a new generation of consumers who value authenticity, inclusivity, and seek affirmation from the brands they choose. Fenwick aims to shine a spotlight on and celebrate all pioneers, regardless of age or gender, who embody the brand’s core values and principles.
